Clack control valve error code 107

The display shows Err – 1007, Err – 107, Err - 117, Error 107

What does error code 107 mean?

The MAV / SEPS / NHBP / AUX MAV valve motor ran too short (stalled) while searching for the correct parking position

Motorized Alternating Valve = MAV; Separate Source = SEPS; No Hard Water Bypass = NHBP; Auxiliary MAV = AUX MAV

Possible causes:

There are foreign bodies in the MAV / NHBP valve

Open the MAV/NHBP valve and check the piston and seal/stack assembly for foreign objects. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position or disconnect power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

Mechanical blockage

Check the piston and seal/stack assembly, check the reduction gears, drive interface and check that the black drive pinion of the MAV/NHBP on the motor is jammed into the motor housing. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to re-sync the software to the piston position or unplug the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect
