Clack control valve error code 101

The display shows E1, Err – 1001, Err – 101

What does error code 101 mean?

The controller cannot detect the motor movement.

Possible causes:

The motor is not plugged in properly and the gears are not engaging / Motor cable damaged or not connected

Disconnect the power supply, make sure the motor is fully engaged, check for broken wires, make sure the motor's two-pin connector is connected to the two-pin connector on the board with the "MOTOR" connector, press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power supply from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

The circuit board is not properly engaged in the holder

Insert the board correctly into the holder and then press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position or disconnect the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

Reduction gears are missing

Replace the missing gears.
