The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : Germany, Austria, Switzerland .

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

Orders
- from 0 to 2 kg = €5.99
- over 2 kg up to 5 kg = €7.99
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €12.50
- over 10 kg up to 25 kg = €24.99
- over 25 kg up to 50 kg = €49.99
- over 50 kg up to 100 kg = €99.99
- over 100 kg = €0.00

We offer free shipping on orders over €250.00.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Orders with a package volume of 0.1 m³ or more will be shipped via freight forwarding.

Shipping costs are calculated based on volume.
Orders from
0.1 m³ to 0.1 m³ = €49.99
1 m³ to 1 m³ = €69.97
3 m³ to 3 m³ = €100.00
over 3 m³ = €0.00

Deliveries abroad :

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:

Austria:
Orders
- from 0 to 2 kg = €14.49
- over 2 kg up to 5 kg = €16.49
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €21.49
- over 10 kg up to 20 kg = €32.49
- over 20 kg up to 31.5 kg = 45.99
- over 100 kg = €0.00

Switzerland:
Orders
- from 0 to 5 kg = €26.99
- from 5 to 10 kg = €34.99
- from 10 to 20 kg = €48.99
- from 20 to 31.5 kg = €62.99
- over 100 kg = €0.00

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-5 days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you pay in advance If you pay by the specified amount, we will grant you a 2 % discount on the gross value of the order.

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:

from an order value of €500 (Available for orders with installation or for verified existing customers)

The invoice amount is payable within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
