The ALFILTRA Penta multi-filter systems are ideal for well water, for example in single-family homes or for small consumers. They remove total hardness, dissolved iron, manganese, organic substances and ammonium. These fully automatic multi-filter systems, such as the Penta multi-filter system and the Penta Duplex multi-filter system, are simply installed in front of your existing water network. Equipped with an electronic, water-quantity-controlled CLACK WS1 control valve, they effectively remove iron, manganese, organic substances and ammonium using an ion exchange process and reduce water hardness. When capacity is exhausted, the system regenerates itself using the salt supply that has been filled in. A safety float valve prevents the salt container from overflowing, while the glass fiber reinforced pressure tank can withstand pressure surges of up to 16 bar.
