To ensure that your water treatment system has the maximum service life, we recommend that you have it serviced regularly. According to DIN, maintenance should be carried out by a specialist at least every 12 months. Since we are not a fan of restrictive contracts, the process can vary:

• Order on demand : You contact us as soon as you require maintenance. Please note our waiting times.
• Annual reminder : We will include you in our assembly planning as a series appointment and will contact you automatically as soon as we have scheduled you for maintenance.
• Maintenance contract : You sign a maintenance contract with us for an annual maintenance. With this contract, you receive a discount of €10 per maintenance.

How can I order the maintenance service?

Once you have selected the right maintenance for your product, you have the option of ordering it directly. You can also order the annual reminder free of charge for an additional maintenance fee.

If you are interested in a maintenance contract, please contact us by phone or email. We will be happy to send you your contract by post, which you can sign and return to us.

Do you also offer maintenance for third-party systems?

We are often asked whether we also service other manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service. There are many different makes and models on the market, some of which are constructed very differently. Especially with older systems, it is often difficult to get spare parts. There is one exception, however: If your water softener is fitted with a CLACK control valve, please feel free to contact us and we will check whether maintenance is possible.
