To ensure your water treatment system's maximum lifespan, we recommend having it serviced regularly. According to DIN standards, maintenance should be performed by a professional at least every 12 months. Since we're not a fan of restrictive contracts, the process may vary:

  • On-call service : You contact us as soon as you require maintenance. Please note our wait times.
  • Annual reminder : We will add you to our assembly schedule as a recurring appointment and will contact you automatically as soon as we have scheduled you for maintenance.
  • Maintenance contract : You enter into a maintenance contract with us for annual maintenance. This contract entitles you to a €10 discount per service.

How can I order maintenance service?

You can order maintenance by phone, email or in our online shop.

Once you've selected the right maintenance plan for your product, you have the option to place a one-time order. You can also order the annual reminder free of charge for an additional fee.

If you are interested in a maintenance contract, please contact us by phone or email. We will be happy to send you your contract by mail, which you can sign and return to us.

Do you also offer maintenance for third-party systems?

We are often asked whether we also service third-party brands. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service. There are many different makes and models on the market, some of which have very different designs. Spare parts are often difficult to obtain, especially for older systems. However, there is one exception: If your water softener is equipped with a CLACK control valve, please feel free to contact us and we will check whether maintenance is possible.

Maintenance of the LEYCOsoft water softening system

Maintenance of a Leycosoft water softening system by our specialist. The maintenance includes the following points:
  • Measuring water hardness
  • Check the system for leaks
  • Check regeneration run
  • Clean and disinfect the resin bed
  • Check the control electronics for proper function and install any necessary updates.
  • Check electronic settings
  • Refill salt as needed (salt not included in the price)
  • Create a maintenance log and affix the inspection sticker.
Any necessary repairs and wear parts (chlorine cell) will be billed separately (except in warranty cases). You will generally receive a binding appointment within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that if you miss your appointment or cancel late (without a valid reason), we reserve the right to charge a travel fee of €100.
