Professional maintenance of your Filtraselect reverse osmosis system

Our comprehensive maintenance by our factory customer service ensures optimal function and longevity of your RO system with softener. An optional membrane replacement is available for an additional charge.

Scope of maintenance:

• Measurement of the water hardness of the feed water
• Conductivity measurement of the product water
• Checking the system for leaks
• Replacing the pre-filter cartridge
• Checking the control electronics for functionality and installing any necessary updates
• Checking and adjusting the electronic settings for circulation and wastewater, if necessary.
• Testing the shut-off function (float switch or pressure switch)
• Functional test of the water softening system
• Checking the regeneration cycle of the water softener
• Refill the salt tablets if necessary.
• Creation of a maintenance log and affixing of an inspection sticker

Please note that all necessary materials, such as filter cartridges, will be charged separately. The cost of a one-time travel to and from your location is included in the maintenance fee. Any repairs will be billed separately, except in cases covered by warranty.

A binding appointment will generally be guaranteed within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that if you miss your appointment or cancel late without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge a travel fee of €100.
