Answer: The delivery time of the connection block is usually 2-4 days. Your order for the builder's package should therefore be received by us no later than 1-2 weeks before your water pipes are laid. And let us know again 4-6 weeks before you move into the new house. Our technician will then come to you with the system and connect it.
Answer: Expect a lead time of approx. 4-6 weeks until the system is installed/commissioned.
Answer: If your water pipes have already been laid, system installation as part of the builder's package is no longer possible. You can then easily order the “normal” worry-free package.
Answer: Yes, in this case too, the builder package would be right for you. This package simply means that the connection fitting is not installed by us, but is done on site.
