Softening system cannot be beat for this price. Unfortunately the salt delivery was delivered when I wasn't there. However, the vote was at a different time. It's just a small thing but that's why it's only 4 stars.

Filtrasoft basic 40 From the first contact to installation, a really nice and competent team. Everything went smoothly. What really annoys me and that's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars is that if the actual installation price was lower than the offer, I had to wait 1 MONTH until the difference was paid back. The company urgently needs to catch up in order to keep up with the times. It cannot be that only one employee in the entire company has to compare the offers issued with the on-site assembly invoice in order to release the overpaid amount for remittance, but this employee also has to travel to assembly from Monday to Thursday.

The device doesn't look too impressive, but that doesn't matter because it's in the basement, so the appearance is of secondary importance. The regeneration that takes place at night is very quiet, you don't hear anything. The softened water is silky soft and continues to have the hardness level set by the installer even a month after installation. I can't make any statements about the robustness of the device yet, only time will tell...
