The goods were probably delivered to the wrong address due to a number mix-up. The issue was clarified over the phone and was corrected immediately. Very good.

The salt does not come packaged as shown on the homepage...
The salt does not arrive packaged as shown on the homepage. The bags are not in Alfiltra packaging.

After a renovation, I installed the filter system and have now bought the salt. I can't judge whether the system is of much use, as I've always had little limescale deposits anyway.
