The Duplex 20 is exactly the right system for our needs. No dropouts or bottlenecks, even if both showers are in operation at the same time. We would like to thank Alfiltra for the extensive and good advice.

The system makes a solid impression and has worked perfectly so far! Switching between the two resin containers is completely automatic and you won't notice any difference in the water quality, even if a lot of water is used during this time. The assembly was carried out by an Alfiltra employee who worked very competently and carefully. By communicating with Alfiltra after placing the order, the employee knew the assembly conditions and had everything necessary with him. The installation of the subsequently ordered water filter was also completed on the same date. The name 'worry-free package' says it all here and I can only recommend it!

After 10 days that have passed since installation, I am completely satisfied. There is hardly any calcification in the kettle and I am also pleased with the clean glass doors in the shower cubicle
