A very good device, as always. I've already installed a few. Only the fine adjustment of the hardness could be reconsidered. It's tedious with the small bike and takes a lot of time to try.

This is the 4th water softening system in 34 years. The life expectancy of the previous best systems was not very high. That's why we changed the product. At first impression everything was satisfactory. The future will show what happens next

I have the FILTRASOFT© softening system Basic 40, it is rock solid and with the description very easy to install yourself. The description is generally understandable. I recommend doing exactly the same procedure with dots and commas. Everything worked on the first attempt. The desired degree of hardness could be set quickly. I am satisfied, the price-performance ratio is good. Please make sure that a distributor without a blender is required. If you replace it with an older system from another manufacturer, you may have to replace the old distributor with a blender. Because the system cuts itself!!!

The product is used in a 4-person household and the quality of the system appears to be very good.
