Clack control valve error code 101

E1, Err – 1001, Err – 101 appear in the display

What does error code 101 mean?

The controller cannot detect the motor movement.

Possible causes:

The motor is not plugged in properly and the gears do not fit / motor cable is damaged or not connected

Disconnect the power, make sure the motor is fully engaged, check if the cables are broken. Make sure the motor's two-pin connector is connected to the two-pin connector on the circuit board with the "MOTOR" connector. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

The circuit board is not properly locked into the holder

Insert the board into the holder properly and then press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to re-synchronize the software with the piston position or disconnect the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

Reduction gears are missing

Replace the missing gears.
