Clack control valve error code 102

What does error code 102 mean?

The display shows E2, Err – 1002, Err – 102: The control valve motor only rotates briefly and could not find the next cycle position . The engine then stops.

Possible error causes:

There are foreign objects in the control valve that are blocking the motor

Open the control valve and pull out the piston assembly and seal/stack assembly for inspection. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power from the board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

Mechanical blockage within the valve

Check piston and seal/stack assembly, check reduction gears, check drive bracket and main drive gear interface. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

Main drive gearbox overtightened

Loosen the main drive wheel. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position or disconnect the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.

The board is not supplied with the correct voltage

Make sure the correct voltage is applied. Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or disconnect the power from the board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.
