The packaging is slightly damaged. What can I do?

In general, we make a lot of effort to pack your goods neatly. Unfortunately, especially during the Christmas season, it occasionally happens that the transport service does not handle the goods very carefully. If your goods arrive slightly damaged, you have two options.

Option 1: If you are not sure whether it is just the packaging that is damaged, refuse to accept the goods. This will be sent back to us and you will receive your new goods after checking the goods at the latest.

Option 2: Most likely just the packaging is damaged? When you receive the delivery, document the condition of the packaging with a photo. Have the shipping company/parcel service acknowledge the damage. After you have unpacked the goods, check them immediately for further defects. If a defect is visible, contact us immediately.
