Product is used in a single-family home as a replacement for previous/outdated product. used by another company. Very space-saving, modern design and advanced technology.

The Basic 20 water softener system runs without any problems from day one and does what it is supposed to do. The only small drawback: the pump connections (inlet - outlet) are made of plastic and assembly with the metal hoses requires a bit of sensitivity

The Filtrasoft softening system Basic 40 does what it is supposed to do, softening the drinking water from 20 degrees dH to the 4 degrees dH that I set. That's why I bought the device and I see it everywhere, on the kettle, on my black sink (now without limescale stains), on the soap/bath additives/shampoo/shower gel/detergent consumption. And my heat exchanger in the gas boiler and my hot water boiler will also thank me with a longer service life. All in all, an investment in the future that I don't regret.

The softening system was the right decision for our household. The performance is perfect.

My heating fresh water unit was calcified due to the high temperature of the solar system. I hope that the Basic 40 eliminates the need for descaling. The Basic 40 is easy to install and use, even for hobbyists.
