Maintenance service for water treatment systems

In order to ensure the maximum service life of your water treatment system, we recommend that you have it serviced regularly. According to DIN, maintenance should be carried out by a specialist at least every 12 months. Since we are not a fan of restrictive contracts, the process can vary:

• On-call order : You will contact us as soon as you require maintenance. Please pay attention to our waiting times.
• Annual reminder : We will include you in our assembly planning as a series appointment and will automatically contact you as soon as we have scheduled you for maintenance.
• Maintenance contract : You conclude a maintenance contract with us for annual maintenance. With this contract you receive a discount of €10 per maintenance.

After you have selected the right maintenance for your product, you have the option to place a one-time order directly. You can also order the annual reminder free of charge above the maintenance price.

Do you also offer maintenance for third-party systems?

We are often asked whether we also service third-party products. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service. There are many different makes and models on the market, some of which have very different designs. It is often difficult to obtain spare parts, especially with older systems. However, there is one exception: If a control valve from CLACK is installed on your softening system, you are welcome to contact us and we will check whether maintenance is possible.
