This is how you can order from Alfiltra.

Order via the online shop

You can easily order via our online shop . At www.alfiltra.de you can put the desired items in your shopping cart as usual and have the option to choose between different payment methods. To do this, you must provide your billing address and, if applicable. specify a different delivery address. We also need your telephone or cell phone number and your email address. You even have the opportunity to create a personal account via our online shop. In your personal account you can manage your address details and view your orders.

Request a personal offer

If you are not sure which water treatment system is right for you, please feel free to request a personal offer from us. Simply use our offer form . In order to create the right offer for you, we need some information from you. This information is requested individually in the offer form, such as your water consumption or water hardness. Ordering directly by telephone is only possible once you are our customer.

Please provide the following information:
Billing address/delivery address, telephone number/email address, product.
