From January 1, 2021, according to an information sheet from Bafa, softening systems and their installation can be subsidized by the state. One of the requirements is the installation of an efficient heat generator in existing buildings.
The aim of the “Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings – Individual Measures” (BEG EM) is to initiate investments in individual measures that increase energy efficiency and the share of renewable energies in the final energy consumption for heating and cooling in buildings in Germany and reduce CO 2 emissions building sector in Germany can be reduced. Achieving a (new) efficiency house or building level through the individual measures supported by this directive is not necessary. The funding program is financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).
