How long are the delivery times?

You can find the delivery times for the individual products in our online shop at www.alfiltra.de for the respective item.

As a rule, we keep all common products in stock so that shipping can be guaranteed within 1 – 2 days. We build large industrial plants to order. The delivery time for these systems is therefore extended by around a week. For orders with delivery to Austria, please add 1 to 2 additional working days. Orders to Switzerland require 4 to 5 additional working days due to customs clearance.

Depending on the product type, shipping is handled with DHL Paket or DHL Freight (forwarding company). The delivery times for packages are usually 1 – 2 working days. When shipped by a freight forwarder, delivery usually takes 2 – 5 working days.

Assembly

For items with assembly (e.g. softening systems in a worry-free package), the delivery time depends on our assembly planning. For this purpose, we have created a map with different zones and the appropriate waiting times for assembly for our Germany-wide assembly service. The times given are guidelines, which can be shorter or, in exceptional cases, longer.

Since we have our own factory customer service with our own fitters, we rely on dividing our assembly planning into tours. This brings an enormous cost advantage that we are happy to pass on to our customers. The disadvantage is that the waiting times may be a little longer. However, we strive to keep waiting times as short as possible.
