What accessories do I need for an Alfiltra Duplex softening system?

For our Duplex softening systems, we recommend our Duplex connection set and softening salt for commissioning.

Since our duplex softening systems do not have an integrated intersection, it is recommended to install the connection block with an intersection in your water pipe. This connection block is included in the connection set with intersection for duplex softening systems. The connection set also includes two flexible reinforced hoses for connecting the softening system to the connection block, the wastewater hose and a water hardness test set.

If you do not want to or cannot install your softening system yourself, we recommend our worry-free package . The worry-free package includes the installation of the softening system by our factory customer service.
