Shipping costs within Germany

Our shipping costs to Germany depend on the shopping cart/order total

From a purchase value of €250 (shopping cart/order total), shipping is free within Germany.

Between €20 and €250 in shopping cart total , shipping costs are €10

If the shopping cart total is less than €20, the shipping costs are €5

Would you prefer to pick up your goods on site? No problem! However, please register in advance to ensure that your desired product is available immediately. Collection takes place from our branch and can only be ordered by telephone, email or fax.

Shipping method

Our products are shipped via DHL or, depending on the size, via a courier company. If shipped by freight forwarder, the delivery date will be agreed with you by telephone.
If you would like to use our assembly service , our technician will conveniently bring the goods to you (except regenerating salt). We will arrange the installation date with you by telephone.

We offer shipping to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland

Shipping costs Switzerland:

Our shipping costs to Switzerland depend on the shopping cart/order total.

If the shopping cart total is less than €20, the shipping costs are €20

Between €20 and €250 in shopping cart/order totals, shipping costs are €45

From a purchase value of €250 (shopping cart/order total) the shipping costs are €90

From a purchase value of €500 (shopping cart/order total) the shipping costs are €200

Depending on the size of the item, shipping takes place via DHL or a freight forwarder.

The freight charges include customs duties on the German side. Swiss customs fees may arise additionally.

Our shipping costs to Austria depend on the shopping cart total.

If the shopping cart total is less than €20, the shipping costs are €10

Between 20 € and 250 € shopping cart total, the shipping costs are 20 €

From a purchase value of €250 (shopping cart total) the shipping costs are €30

From a purchase value of €500 (shopping cart total) the shipping costs are €70

Depending on the size of the item, shipping takes place via DHL or a freight forwarder.
