All connections were included and you can ask personally on the phone whether anything else is needed, for example. water filter etc.

With the paper seal supplied it was not possible...
It was not possible to seal the connections to the softening system with the paper seal supplied. Luckily there were rubber seals included with the connection block, so it worked.
