Description

Maintenance of a Filtraselect reverse osmosis system by our factory customer service. RO system with softener and membrane replacement.

Maintenance includes the following points:

Measure water hardness of feed water
Measure conductivity of product water
Check system for leaks
Replace pre-filter cartridge
1 Change membrane
Check shut-off function (float or pressure switch)
Check the function of the water softener
Check the regeneration cycle of the water softener
refill salt tablets if necessary
Create maintenance log and attach inspection sticker
Check control electronics for functionality, install any updates
Check the electronic settings and adjust the values for circulation and waste water if necessary

All necessary materials, such as filter inserts, membranes, etc. are charged additionally! The costs for one trip to and from the site are included in the maintenance fee. Any repairs that may be required are charged separately (except in the case of a warranty claim).

In case of non-compliance or timely cancellation, we reserve the right to charge an expense allowance of 100€.
