Maintenance of a basic water softening system by our specialist. Maintenance includes the following points:
-Measure water hardness
-Check the system for leaks
-Check regeneration run
-Clean and disinfect resin bed
-Check the control electronics for functionality and install any updates
-Check electronics settings
-Check the safety float in the salt container
- Refill salt if necessary (salt not included in the price)
-Create a maintenance record and attach an inspection sticker

Any repairs that may occur will be charged separately (except in the event of a warranty claim).
You will usually receive a binding appointment within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that if you do not keep the appointment or cancel late (without a valid reason), we reserve the right to charge ¤100 for the journey.

We attach great importance to making our service operations efficient and customer-oriented. This also includes planning optimal tours in order to make the best possible use of the access routes. Our experienced technicians are stationed in various regions of Germany, which allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requirements. This approach helps us to offer you a comprehensive and cost-effective service without incurring additional travel costs for you.

Answer: Maintenance takes approximately 1 hour. During this time, our fitter will carry out all the necessary steps.

The device actually always ran smoothly until the water softener...
The unit always worked without any problems until the softening started to wear off. However, this could be the result of us not having carried out regular maintenance.
