Fully demineralized water for residue-free drying

Our filter systems supply you with the purest deionized water (fully demineralized water). Highly pure water is an important component, especially in surface technology, as it leaves no residues when drying (for example, during cascade rinsing). You can permanently monitor the water quality using a TDS meter. In combination with a solenoid valve, the water supply can even be controlled if desired when the water level falls below a preset value.

Decisive: The conductance

The required water quantity and the desired conductivity are decisive factors for selecting the appropriate filter system. For a conductivity of over 20 micro-Siemens, we recommend using a reverse osmosis system, which can be combined with a water softening system if required. For a lower conductivity, an additional mixed bed cartridge can be connected after the reverse osmosis system.
