  1. Ordering & Planning: After you place your order, we will include it in our planning. We consolidate orders in your region to save unnecessary CO₂ emissions and travel costs. The lead time is therefore typically 4 to 6 weeks .

  3. Your confirmation (Important!): You must briefly confirm the appointment (by clicking or replying). Only after your confirmation is the appointment firmly booked for our technician.

  4. The procedure: Our specialist will arrive at the agreed time. Please ensure that access to the site is clear (no obstructions) so that we can begin immediately.
