This fully automatic, single-column decalcification system with electronic, water quantity-controlled control valve Clack WS1 is simply installed in front of your existing domestic water network. The decalcification system removes the limescale-forming substances calcium and magnesium from your tap water using the tried and tested ion exchange process. The residual hardness is infinitely adjustable. When the capacity is exhausted, the decalcification system regenerates itself automatically using the salt supply. An integrated safety float valve protects the salt container from overflow and the glass fiber reinforced pressure tank can withstand pressure surges of up to 10 bar. Thanks to the sophisticated ECO-INJECT SYSTEM, the decalcification system saves up to 50% salt and operates at almost maximum capacity.

Overview of Basic decalcification system:

• Microprocessor-controlled control valve CLACK® WS1 with digital display
• freely selectable capacity depending on the water hardness and your daily water consumption (please select capacity above)
• ECO-INJECT-SYSTEM economical salting (saves up to 50% salt with almost the same capacity)
• Safety float valve to protect against overflow (e.g. in case of power failure during regeneration)
• Connections: 1" threaded connector made of plastic in professional quality (waste water connection: 1/2")
• Glass fibre reinforced quality pressure tank (pressure resistant up to 8 bar)
• High performance food grade ion exchange resin (already filled into the pressure tank)
• Regeneration phase can be set to night (factory setting 3 o’clock)
• Continuously adjustable residual hardness, thanks to built-in blending device
• Decades of proven technology combined with state-of-the-art control technology
• Can be used according to DIN-1988 for single-family houses, NFS-certified exchange resin
• Wastewater can be pumped up to a height of two metres
• 2 years warranty (up to 7 years warranty with annual maintenance)

• Ready-to-use water softening system model BASIC with control valve CLACK WS1
• High performance ion exchange resin DOW Marathon C (already filled into the pressure tanks)
• Hardness test set for determining and checking water hardness
• Operating and programming instructions in German
• Incl. connection fitting with bypass function and 2 flexible hoses (70 cm length)
• Incl. 3 meter waste water hose
• Incl. 1 x 25 kg special salt for water softener
• Incl. installation of the system by our customer service department (we are happy to install additional accessories, such as a water filter, for an additional charge)*

* The installation fee includes the installation of a connection block, the connection to the waste water, the commissioning of a basic water softening system, the travel costs and the following materials: Two reduction nipples or Transition pieces from the existing pipe system to the connection block.

The flat rate only applies under the following conditions:
1. After the water meter/water filter there is approx. 30 cm of straight pipe (horizontal or vertical)
2. There is a freely accessible parking space for the system in the immediate vicinity of the above-mentioned line (see dimensions)
3. In the same room there is a freely accessible sewage pipe
4. There is a power connection in the immediate vicinity of the facility’s parking space

Any conversion work and additional materials will be charged separately. Please note that our fitters are not permitted to carry out any work on your electrical installation.
