Fully demineralized water for residue-free drying

Our filter systems provide you with the purest deionized water (fully demineralized water). Highly pure water is an important component, especially in surface technology, as it leaves no residue when drying (for example in cascade rinsing). You can permanently monitor the water quality using a TDS meter. In combination with a solenoid valve, the water supply can even be controlled if the water falls below a preset value.

Crucial: the conductance value

The decisive factors for selecting the suitable filter system are the amount of water required and the desired conductivity. For a conductivity of over 20 micro-Siemens, we recommend using a reverse osmosis system, which can be combined with a softening system if desired. For a lower conductance, a mixed bed cartridge can also be connected after the reverse osmosis system.
