The catering industry often requires various water treatment processes. For example, for dishwashers you need at least decalcified, and usually even fully demineralised (VE) water. Hotels need softening systems to make cleaning the bathrooms easier and doing laundry cheaper.
With a softening system from Alfiltra you can get rid of limescale in the water. Limescale on shower walls and fittings is no longer an issue. You save on detergents, cleaning products, descalers and cleaning agents. A softening system in the hotel is a good piece of comfort that you can no longer do without.
Our mixed bed cartridges can be connected to softening and reverse osmosis systems, but also work independently. However, when used with untreated water, the mixed bed cartridge wears out more quickly, which is why it needs to be serviced much more often. When connected to one of our systems, the cartridge is only flushed with purified water, which is why the cartridges last significantly longer.
