Pictures- What should be shown in the pictures?

If you are interested in a filter system with installation such as the carefree package, we recommend that you take a few pictures on site with your smartphone or digital camera:

• Please ensure that the water pipes, water meter, water filter and waste water are clearly visible
• If your water pipes are insulated, please remove the insulation in one place so that we can identify the pipe type
• Please make sure that the entire installation is visible so that our fitters can see how the water pipes run
• You can send us the pictures by email or WhatsApp to 07251 936 76 0 (link can only be opened with a smartphone), stating your name or, if available, your customer number.

Why you should send us pictures

We try to keep our offer as transparent and simple as possible. In 90% of all cases we can install our filter systems relatively easily. You can find the required conditions at the installation location in our offer. Unfortunately, there are several dozen different pipe systems in Germany alone and every basement is designed differently. Sometimes a small conversion may be necessary, which involves additional costs. In order to clarify this in advance, we ask you to send us pictures of the installation location in your own interest.
