Water softening can be that easy Basic 20

In the “after” picture, the Basic 20 water softener is perfectly installed in its desired location.
The new ALFILTRA water filter with pressure reducer can be seen in the water pipes, followed by our connection block .

Since the installation site of the system was somewhat further away, the 75 cm flexible hoses were replaced with 150 cm hoses – so everything could be implemented as desired and without compromise.

The result: a clean, well-thought-out installation – optimally tailored to the on-site conditions.

Basic20 pre-assembly

The customer contacted us using our quotation form and provided us with important information in advance, such as water hardness, the number of people in the household, and the desire for an additional water filter.

Based on this information, we were able to quickly recommend the right water softener – the Basic 20 .

The submitted photo showed the intended installation location with some of the wiring. Another, unpublished image gave our installer a better overview of the on-site conditions. This made it clear from the outset that installation would be possible without major modifications.

Thanks to the thorough preparation and the information provided, the installation went smoothly – clean, efficient, and perfectly tailored to the customer's needs.
