After the successful consultation, the ALFILTRA Penta Duplex Multi filter system was installed. This system offers:

The water analysis sent in by the customer yielded the following relevant values:

• Total hardness : 4.8 °dH (soft water).
• Conductivity : 368 µS/cm (safe).
• pH value : 6.72 (slightly acidic, in the lower range of the drinking water limit).
• Turbidity : 3.14 NTU (turbid, outside limits).
• Manganese : 194 µg/l (well above the limit of 50 µg/l according to the Drinking Water Ordinance).

Advice and selection of the right solution

The customer sent us his water analysis by email. In the subsequent telephone consultation, the results of the analysis and the requirements for water treatment were discussed in detail. Together with the customer, we were able to clarify all relevant points, including:
