Clack control valve error code 103 and 104

Error codes: E3, Err – 1003, Err – 103, Err – 1004, Err – 104
If any of these error codes appear on the display, it indicates a problem with the control valve motor.
What does error code 103 mean?
Error code 103 indicates that the control valve motor ran too long and could not find the next cycle position. Error code 104 means that the home position was not reached.

Possible causes and solutions
1. The engine failed during regeneration
Solution:
- Check the motor connections.
- Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to synchronize the software with the piston position.
- Alternatively, you can disconnect the power supply from the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.
2. Foreign objects slow down the engine
Solution:
- Replace the piston and stack assemblies.
- Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software, or unplug the power from the PC board for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.
3. Drive bracket not properly engaged
Solution:
- Lock the drive bracket correctly.
- Press the NEXT and REGEN buttons for 3 seconds to resynchronize the software with the piston position, or unplug the PC board for 5 seconds and then reconnect it.
