This fully automatic, two-column water softening system with an electronic, water quantity-controlled control valve CLACK WS1-TT is simply installed in front of your existing domestic water network. The system makes use of the proven ion exchange process and, if desired, completely removes the hardness agents and thus the lime from your tap water. In contrast to our basic softeners, the duplex systems have a second softener column. This enables an uninterrupted soft water supply, as the second column simply steps in during the regeneration phase of the first column. This proves to be particularly advantageous in apartment buildings. An integrated safety float valve protects the salt container from overflow and the glass fiber reinforced pressure tank can withstand pressure surges of up to 16 bar. Thanks to our sophisticated ECO-INJECT SYSTEM, the system saves up to 50% salt and works at almost maximum capacity.

* The installation fee includes the installation of a connection block, the connection to the wastewater, the commissioning of a basic water softening system, travel costs and the following materials: Two reduction nipples or transition pieces from the existing pipe system to the connection block.

The flat rate only applies under the following conditions:
1. There is approx. 30 cm of straight pipe (horizontal or vertical) after the water meter/water filter
2. There is a freely accessible parking space for the system in the immediate vicinity of the above-mentioned line (see dimensions)
3. There is a freely accessible sewage pipe in the same room
4. There is a power connection in the immediate vicinity of the facility's parking space

Any renovation work and other materials will be charged separately. Please note that our fitters are not allowed to carry out any work on your electrical installation.
