Answer: Our water is suitable for this and is also used by many plumbers. You are also welcome to discuss this with your installer; the data sheet with the water specifications can be found on the product page under Downloads. Alternatively, the water can be treated on site using a mixed bed cartridge.

Product: 220 liters of demineralized DI water in a barrel

Answer: The barrel is not equipped with an outlet. This needs to be pumped out.

Product: Warranty extension for basic systems +3 years

Answer: To ensure that warranty service is easily accepted, it is necessary that the device is correctly installed and maintained. The warranty services only apply to private individuals in Germany and Austria who purchase the warranty extension. The warranty extension can only be purchased together with the device to be insured on the day the device is purchased. It is important to keep the invoice safe after purchase.
